About the Course

Start with Existing Clients

Once you have upgraded to Unlimited Access, you can start adding clients right away.

We recommend that you communicate with existing clients first to let them know about the course and how important it is for the security of their website. We have email templates that make this easier.

When you upgrade your free agency account to Unlimited Access, you can grab these and other resources (like a contract snippet and training waiver) on the GoSafelyOnline Agency Resources page.

Work the Training into Your Onboarding Process

For new clients, we recommend that you work the training into your onboarding process. Grant new clients access to the course during the development of their website.

Then, when the site launches, they're ready to safely use their site.

On our Agency Resources page, you will also find sample text to add to your contract requiring the course completion before website access is granted.

Adding Your Clients

Adding a Client to GoSafelyOnline

When you add a client using your Agency Dashboard on GoSafelyOnline, they will receive a friendly email with a link to create their free account and access the training.

Tracking Client Progress

Your dashboard will show you all the clients you have added to your account. You can add more or terminate their access whenever you want.

You can monitor all your clients' progress in the course through your dashboard. Plus, when one of your clients completes the course you’ll receive an email notification.
